Emphasis is placed on general trends, resources, recycling and provenance based on analyses of chemical composition and lead isotopes. In general, there are very distinctive changes visible throughout the studied centuries, which bring encouragement to further study of the material according to the proposed methodology. The 4th and 3rd centuries BC seem to be affected by increased mobility of people and possibly a lower degree of organisation in the material supply, while the main topic for the following period is the discussion of the role and importance of Mediterranean lead-containing alloys for the “bronze economy” of the central agglomerations in the Transalpine areas.
