AnotaceLečbychová, O. - Kosarová, Z. Exhibition - one way to share archaeological heritage with public. In 20th Conference on Cultural Heritage and New Technologies, November 2-4, 2015, Vienna, Austria. Abstracts. Wien : Museen der Stadt Wien – Stadtarchäologie, 2015. The topic of this paper is a presentation of cultural heritage to public in the way of an exhibition. We prepared an exhibition called Great Moravia and the Beginnings of Christianity and we would like to share the way we made it, our experience with this work and to raise a discussion on the topic "exhibition – one way to share archaeological heritage with public". This exhibition is a sort of an exhibition based on exclusive artefacts, we could say a traditional one in a way. It brings the best of Great Moravia from Moravia, Czech Silesia, Bohemia, Slovakia, Poland and Austria to professional and non-professional public. Nevertheless, in the same time, new technologies are used there to allow to present cultural heritage in a new way: 3D scans are used to present artefacts in screens installed in panels of the exhibition, which allow us to present higher range and number of artefacts and to present details of certain artefacts; drone records presenting one of the most important Great Moravian site Mikulčice from bird's eye view where ground plans of churches are nicely visible; and 3D models of the most important Great Moravian Churches are projected in exhibition to allow visitors to see possible reconstructions of some of the first such types of building in the area of today's Czech republic. The exhibition took place in Brno (28th November 2014 – 28th February 2015), in Prague (17th April – 28th June 2015) and in Bratislava (7th August – 1st November 2015).
