První letošní workshop Komunity pro změnu bude věnován monitoringu a evaluaci aktivit plánu genderové rovnosti. Monitoring a evaluace budou představeny jako nedílná součást implementace plánu genderové rovnosti. Diskutovány budou základní koncepty a indikátory měření v návaznosti na doporučené tematické oblasti plánu genderové rovnosti. Dále bude představen nástroj pro monitoring vyvíjený v rámci projektu sdílených činností STRATIN+ a v menších pracovních skupinách bude tento nástroj aplikován na konkrétní oblasti plánu genderové rovnosti. V závěrečné diskusi bude prostor pro zpětnou vazbu a diskusi dalších potřeb, které v souvislosti s monitoringem a evaluací plánů genderové rovnosti na výzkumných a vysokoškolských institucích vyvstávají.

The first Community for Change workshop this year will be dedicated to monitoring and evaluating the activities of the Gender Equality Plan. Monitoring and evaluation will be presented as an integral part of the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan. Basic concepts and measurement indicators will be discussed in relation to the recommended thematic areas of the Gender Equality Plan. Furthermore, the monitoring tool developed in the framework of the STRATIN+ shared action project will be presented and applied to specific areas of the gender equality plan in smaller working groups. In the final discussion there will be space for feedback and discussion of other needs that arise in the context of monitoring and evaluation of gender equality plans in research and higher education institutions
