Anotace
The Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences, in cooperation with its Polish counterpart, INP PAN (Warsaw), hosted a bilateral conference on topical issues pertaining to international responsibility. The lectures included four panels: I. Jus cogens and State Responsibility, II. Systemic Issues of International Responsibility, III. Responsibility in the Context of Human Rights and Criminal Law, IV. State Responsibility in Investment Law.
