The chapter surveys the role of the Basel Compactata in the reunification efforts between Bohemians and Roman Curia in the 15th century. It focuses on the part the Compactata played in the negotiations and whether the Compactata functioned as a basis for agreement or an obstacle for understanding between both sides.
