The data (intensities of terminal restriction fragments) were processed by distance-based redundancy analysis, correlating the abundances of ribotypes with soil concentration of AOX, other soil parameters including inorganic chloride concentration being taken as covariables. The only significant correlation of soil organically bound chlorine was observed for fungi, indicating that this microbial group is connected with metabolism of organically bound chlorine in forest soils Pracoviště Mikrobiologický ústav Kontakt Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Rok sběru 2012
