The paper is focusing on new technologies to standardize electronic documentation in Czech healthcare environment. New approaches for implementation of European ideas in the Czech healthcare environment are given. Special features of electronic healthcare record to serve in telematic applications for exploring electronic medical guidelines and medical support systems are discussed.
