T-RFLP analysis revealed a strong effect of chloride on occurrence of several microbial genotypes and an unidentified microorganism was found to be associated with increased rate of chlorination of humic acid. High chloride concentration tended to decrease the rate of degradation of trichloroacetic acid. The problems connected with measurement of chlorination rates in the soil are discussed Pracoviště Mikrobiologický ústav Kontakt Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Rok sběru 2009
