In the work is the description of new monoclonal antibodies that were prepared against brain microtubule-associated proteins MAP-2AB. The antibodies MT-03 (IgG2b) and MT-04 (IgG1) can bind phosphorylated and dephosphorylated MAP2 and can be used for the detection of MAP2b in neuronal cells of various species by ELISA, immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation.
