Following the 3D print and LSP treatment, the blades were CNC machined to it is the final hydraulic shape and installed in the pump. Ekonomické parametry LSP surface treatment enables improvement of the Additive Manufacturing technology so it can be used for the production of critical parts and it can be used in the most demanding industries such as power generation, biomedical, etc. The advantages of the above-described process can be summarised in the following points: • Effectivity of the process from the energetic, financial and material points of view. • Possibility to produce individual geometries within one manufacturing cycle. • Additive manufacturing enables the use of special features such as a hollow inner core which may be filled with a lightweight structure.
