The Lesser Town of Prague was a place of interaction between the Jewish and Christians communities. Jews owned nine houses in the Lesser Town. All these houses had passed into Christian hands by 1516. Although we do not have any more details about the court physician Angelin, we have a relatively good base of information about the Malostransky family, who were descendants of Meir. This family´s ties to the Hungarian milieu are highlighted by the person of Samuel of Trnava – Simon Malostransky ´s brother – and by the business relations of the two brothers. The paper is focused in three members of the family: Simon, his brother Samuel of Trnava and Seligman, Simon´s son.
