This technique enabled us to identify and quantify the specific molecular species of TAGs directly from lipid extracts of the cyanobacteria. The regioisomeric series of TAGs having alpha-linolenic and gamma-linolenic and also oleic and cis-vaccenic acids were separated by RP-HPLC and identified by APCI-MS Pracoviště Mikrobiologický ústav Kontakt Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Rok sběru 2013
