In this study we examine an impact of primary surface roughness of Si substrate coated with NCD films on adhesion and behavior of human osteoblasts and mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) with the aim to define optimal topography for eventual orthopedic/dental implants coating.
V této práci jsme zkoumali vliv drsnosti povrchu Si podložky pokryté NCD vrstvami na adhezi a chování lidských osteoblastických a mezenchymálních buněk (MSC) s cílem určit optimální topografie pro eventuální ortopedické/zubní implantáty.
