The Doppler positive motion elements in this region are considerably diluted and the negative elements strongly concentrated and organized. All this is connected with the absence or presence of the magnetic field. There exists also relationship of the distribution of the reion's magnetic and negative velocity fields with the emission patterns and or the positive motion elements.
