Testing of 23 isolates of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus for analysis by rep-PCR :using BOX, ERIC, REP primer sets was used for the purpose of localization of genetic markers for fluid and/or nonfluid strains. None of the primer sets was successful in detecting differences between the isolates and no polymorphism was generated.

Při testování 23 izolátů Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Sepedonicus pro analýzu pomocí technik rep-PCR byly použity BOX,ERIC,REP sady k lokalizaci genetických markrů pro fluidní a nefluidní kmeny. Žádná sada nebyla úspěšná při detekci rozdílů mezi izoláty a nebyl generován žádný polymorfismus.
