Popis: Genomové assembly tvořené 4512 contigy o celkové velikosti 1,38 Gb byl sestaven na základě dlouhých sekvenačních čtení technologie Oxford Nanopore pomocí algoritmu Flye v2.9.4. Dataset sestává z následujících pěti souborů:
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.fa - genomové assembly ve formátu FASTA
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.gtf - anotace ve formátu GTF
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.cds - anotované protein-kódující sekvence ve formátu FASTA
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.aa - anotované proteinové sekvence ve formátu FASTA
[Draft genome consistng of 4512 contigs and ranging 1.38 Gb was assembled from Oxford nanopore long sequence reads using the Flye v2.9.4 algorithm. The dataset includes following five files:
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.fa - draft genome assembly in FASTA format
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.gtf - gene annotation in GTF format
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.cds - annotated protein-coding sequences in FASTA format
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.aa - annotated protein sequences in FASTA format
* eneotenicus-genome_v1.md - metadata containing detailed information about the dataset]
