    The chapter analyses under what circumstances fundamental rights can be limited in the emergencies which can be recognized under the rules of the Czech constitutional order, in particular, in a State of Emergency. Subsequently, the Czech approach to limitations of fundamental during the Covid-19 pandemic is described, including extensive litigation over the these limitations, highlighting, inter alia, the difficulties in the access to judicial review of normative crisis measures.
