Rozhovor, vedený s přední českou hudební a divadelní historičkou Jitkou Ludvovou, u příležitosti jejího životního jubilea, sleduje její profesionální zájmy, v mnohém průkopnické a zásadní, týkající se studia hudebního a divadelního života německy mluvící společnosti v Praze v 19. a 20. století. Vedle toho si všímá i osobních předpokladů jubilantky k tématu, jejíma očima sleduje vztah české kulturní a odborné veřejnosti k tomuto tématu, a formuluje další badatelské okruhy.

An interview with the leading Czech music and theatre historian Jitka Ludvová, conducted on the occasion of her jubilee, traces her professional interests, in many ways pioneering and crucial, concerning the study of the musical and theatrical life of German-speaking society in Prague in the 19th and 20th cenutry. In addition to this, it also notes the jubilarian´s personal prerequisites to this, traces through her eyes the relationship of the Czech cultural and professional public to this topic, and through her, formulates further research areas.
