Tento text se zabývá právním aspekty spojenými s provozem autonomních vozidel, která nejsou plně autonomní, ale ve kterých řidič bude muset v určitém okamžiku převzít nad vozidlem kontrolu. Text se zaměřuje zejména na pojem řidiče částečně autonomního vozidla a jeho povinnosti podle předpisů upravujících pravidla provozu na pozemních komunikacích. Dále pak tento text analyzuje odpovědnost řidiče a dalších osob, a to nejen odpovědnost občanskoprávní, ale i správně a trestněprávní.

This text deals with the legal aspects related to the operation of autonomous vehicles, which are not fully autonomous, but in which the driver will have to take control of the vehicle at some point. The text focuses mainly on the concept of a driver of a semi-autonomous vehicle and his/her obligations under the regulations governing the rules of road traffic. Furthermore, this text analyzes the liability of the driver and other persons, not only civil liability, but also administrative and criminal liability.
