Popis: The dataset includes microbiological and genomic data publicly available within the article. It comprises 1,035 samples collected from 14 pig slaughterhouses in France (2021–2023), including environmental and animal-derived samples tested for Salmonella spp. The data cover serotype distribution, antimicrobial susceptibility profiles of 212 isolates (MIC-based), and whole genome sequencing results for selected strains, including resistance genes and sequence types.
