Informační systém Archeologická mapa České republiky (AMČR) integruje dvě základní oblasti správy archeologického dědictví ČR. Na jedné straně jde o oborový agendový systém, který má zajistit průběžnou administrativní evidenci připravovaných i probíhajících terénních výzkumů a umožnit tak efektivní kontrolu jejich kvality a následného zpracování do podoby nálezové zprávy. Na druhé straně jde o budování souhrnného přehledu archeologického dědictví ČR, tedy o vytvoření „národní“ databáze archeologického kulturního dědictví. Školení zahrnovalo seznámení pracovníků Ministerstva kultury s užíváním systému a to včetně praktické ukázky a následné diskuse.

The information system Archaeological Map of the Czech Republic (AMČR) integrates two basic areas of archaeological heritage management in the Czech Republic. On the one hand, it is a sectoral agenda system, which should ensure continuous administrative registration of prepared and ongoing field excavations and thus enable effective quality control and subsequent processing into the form of a finds report. On the other hand, the aim is to build a comprehensive overview of the archaeological heritage of the Czech Republic, i.e. to create a “national” database of archaeological cultural heritage. The training included familiarisation of the Ministry of Culture staff with the use of the system, including a practical demonstration and subsequent discussion.
