Der Artikel vergleicht die Regierungsformen in den böhmischen Ländern und in Bayern im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert im Kontext ihrer Repräsentation, d. h. sowohl statisch (Malerei, Skulptur, Architektur, Musik) als auch dynamisch (Feste, Propaganda, königliche Eingänge). Es werden auch Vergleiche zwischen der Struktur des habsburgischen und des wittelsbachischen Hofes und den Formen des Zusammentreffens der Monarchen angestellt, die durch das Hofzeremoniell bestimmt wurden, das in verschiedenen Modalitäten des spanischen Zeremoniells auftrat. Der Artikel entspricht einer Auswahl von reproduzierten Exponaten, die auf der vom Haus für bayerische Geschichte (Regensburg) und dem Nationalmuseum (Prag) organisierten böhmisch-bayerischen Ausstellung präsentiert wurden.

The article compares the form of government in the Czech lands and in Bavaria during the 17th and 18th centuries in the context of its representation, i.e. both static (painting, sculpture, architecture, music) and dynamic (festivals, propaganda, royal entrances). Comparisons are also made between the structure of the Habsburg and Wittelsbach courts and the forms of meeting between the monarchs, which were governed by the court ceremony, which appeared in various modalities of the Spanish ceremony. The article corresponds to a selection of reproduced exhibits that were presented at the Czech-Bavarian exhibition organized by the Haus für bayerische Geschichte (Regensburg) and the National Museum (Prague).
