Řešení se týká způsobu zamezení šíření kůrovce lesním porostem, při kterém se na lesní porost aplikuje postřik obsahující spory entomopatogenní houby, konkrétně kmen Beauveria pseudobassiana CCM 9191 a/nebo kmen Beauveria bassiana CCM 9229. Tyto kmeny entomopatogenních hub se izolují předem přímo z kůrovce smrkového přítomného v ošetřovaném lesním porostu. Postřik má koncentraci alespoň 106 spor/ml a aplikuje se radiálně nebo frontálně do hraniční oblasti mezi napadeným a zdravým lesním porostem ve vzdálenosti 0 až 500 m od napadeného lesního porostu ve směru šíření kůrovce lesním porostem.

The solution relates to a method for preventing the spread of bark beetles in forest stands, in which a spray containing spores of an entomopathogenic fungus, in particular of the forest stand, specifically the strain Beauveria pseudobassiana CCM 9191 and/or the strain Beauveria bassiana CCM 9229, is applied to the forest stand. These entomopathogenic fungal strains are isolated in advance directly from the spruce bark of a treated forest stand. The spray has a concentration of at least 106 spores/ml and is applied radially or frontally to the border area between the infested and the healthy forest stand at a distance o
f 0 to 500 m from the infested forest stand in the direction of the spread of the bark beetle through the forest stand.
