Este estudio presenta los enlaces y la manera como la herencia socrático-platónica de la filosofía, como los planteamientos de Juan Amós Comenio, influyeron en la idea de la educación de Jan Patočka en tanto filósofo. Esta conexión atraviesa las preocupaciones de Patočka sobre los problemas de la filosofía fenomenológica y sus desarrollos en la filosofía de la historia, que desembocan en su comprensión sobre los problemas de la civilización europea moderna.

This study presents the links and the way in which the Socratic-Platonic heritage of philosophy, such as the approaches of John Amos Comenius, influenced Jan Patocka’s idea of education as a philosopher. This connection runs through Patočka’s concerns about the problems of phenomenological philosophy and their developments in the philosophy of history, leading to his understanding of the problems of modern European civilization.
