The measurement of AC magnetic susceptibility of the Ni2.01Mn1.58Sn0.41 alloy confirmed spin-glass state below 155 K and a presence of clusters (11nm3 in size) with strong mutual interaction. The alloy shows anomalous Hall effect that changes it's sign at around 140 K. The electrical resistance of the alloy exhibits a flat maximum at spin-glass transition temperature. The results of the quantum-mechanical calculations of magnetization of the alloy well agree with experiments.
