Extensive experimental work has been executed to examine suitability of the proposed approach. Throughout the experiments, phosphorus concentration in the media was measured spectrophotometrically, to confirm the amount of phosphorus uptake,
the intracellular phosphorus concentration was analyzed by ICP-OES spectrophotometry.
