SAGA, the ‘Soil science & Archaeo-Geophysics Alliance: going beyond prospection’, is a network of experts that aims to develop, promote and facilitate scientific activities focused on integrating geophysics and soil science with the goal of maximising interpretation of proxy data for archaeological purposes. The aim of this Training school (TS) was to improve participant’s ability to obtain, analyse and interpret magnetic data with relevance to archaeo-geophysical research methods.
