Logical forms have been in the centre of attention of philosophically minded logicians at least since the pioneering works of Russell. However, the views of their nature and their import are widely divergent. The main ambition of the conference was to provide a space for discussion on the various meanings associated with the term “logical form” in philosophy, on the significance of choosing a particular philosophical conception of logical form for specific fields of research and on the related applications, specifically in analysis of our reasoning and argumentation.
