Zu den wichtigsten Stätten des Kultes um den hl. Johannes von Nepomuk in Prag gehören das Grab des Heiligen in der Kathedrale und seine berühmte Statue auf der Steinernen Brücke, die an der Stelle steht, an der der Märtyrer in die Moldau geworfen worden sein soll. Hier fanden die wichtigsten Feste statt, und hierher strömten die Pilgerscharen. Ziel des Beitrags ist es, die Klangwelten, die mit den beiden Orten verbunden sind, vorzustellen und zu fragen, welche Besonderheiten sie aufweisen und was ihre Klangspezifik ausmacht.

The key places of veneration of St. John of Nepomuk in Prague include the saint's grave in the cathedral and his famous statue on the Charles Bridge, standing on the spot where the martyr was supposed to be thrown into the Vltava River. It was here that the most important festivities took place and where the crowds of pilgrims headed. The article aims to present the soundscapes associated with both places of Nepomuk veneration, asking about their peculiarities and what determined their sound specificities.
