The volume Influence et réception du poète Martial, de sa mort à nos jours, edited by Étienne Wolff, maps the reception of the Roman epigrammatic poet Marcus Valerius Martial’s work from his death until today. Marcela Slavíková has contributed a chapter on the early modern school editions of Martial’s Xenia et Apophoreta, produced by Johannes Honorius Cubitensis and published in 1488 and 1498 for the purposes of Leipzig University.
