Přehled opatření a příkladů praxe, jak podpořit genderovou rovnost ve výzkumu a vývoji v rámci činnosti poskytovatelů financí na tuto oblast. Metodika obsahuje také příklady ze zahraničí i z České republiky, a to v různé míře intenzity (od „soft“ opatření po ta „tvrdší“). Zaměřuje se především na působení poskytovatelů v oblasti účelové podpory.


This toolkit brings practical guidelines for those who are trying to establish a change towards a fairer working environment in Czech public research institutions and universities, with a special regard to gender equality. Toolkit ´How to make a change´ offers practical tools, tips, guidelines and examples of good practice in gender equality initiatives and design and implementation of gender equality plans.An overview of measures and examples of practice on how to promote gender equality in research and development within the activities of research funding organisations in this area. The methodology also contains examples from abroad and from the Czech Republic, in varying degrees of intensity (from "soft" measures to "harder" ones). It focuses mainly on the activities of providers in the field of targeted support.
