Zatímco v České republice je implementace plánů genderové rovnosti dosud jen výjimkou a jejich tvorba doporučením, v zahraničí jsou již mnoho let povinnou součástí strategického plánování vysokých škol a výzkumných organizací. Ačkoli na české národní legislativní úrovni není jejich příprava a zavedení ještě zdaleka povinná, jejich přijetí je nově podmínkou pro získání prostředků z nového rámcového programu HORIZONT EVROPA. Abychom české žadatelské instituce podpořily a pomohly jim se zorientovat v nastalé situaci, lektorky Komunity pro změnu Timea Crofony a Pavla Rypáčková vás provedou následujícími otázkami a tématy: Co je plán genderové rovnosti? Jaká kritéria musí plán genderové rovnosti splňovat? Jakým oblastem je nutné se věnovat? Fáze plánu: příprava, implementace, monitoring a evaluace.

While in the Czech Republic the implementation of gender equality plans is still an exception and they are not obligatory, in other EU countries such plans have been a mandatory part of strategic planning of universities and research organizations for many years. Although at the Czech national legislative level their preparation and implementation is still far from mandatory, their adoption is a new condition for obtaining funds from the new framework program HORIZON EUROPE. In order to support the Czech applicant institutions and help them orient themselves in the current situation, the lecturers of the Community for Change, Timea Crofony and Pavla Rypáčková, will guide you through the following questions and topics: What is a gender equality plan? What criteria must a gender equality plan meet? What areas need to be addressed? Phases of the plan: preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
