U artykule pradstaulenyja mežy pražyvannja belarusaŭ na latyšskich zemljach na pačatku 20 stahoddzia na padstave prac Jaŭchima Karskaha, perad usim na asnove knihi „Belarusy“ i artykulu „Otčet o pojezdke v Belorussiju v tečene letnich mesjacev 1903 goda“. U 1903 hodze belaruski linhvista praveŭ ekspedycyju z metaj vyznačyc mežy pražyvannja belaruskaha naroda, a taksama sabrac materyjal pra belaruskija dyjalekty, nazirac za štodzennym žyccem i sabrac falķlorny materyjal. Efekty jaho pracy razhliadajucca z perspektyvy zvyš 120 hadoŭ, jakija prajšli i dastupnych na hety momant materyjalau

The article focuses on the boundaries of the Belarusian settlement in Latvia at the beginning of the 20th in the scientific works of Evfimiy Karskiy, primarily on the basis book „Belarusians“ and the article „Report on a trip to Belarus during the summer months in 1903“. In 1903, a Belarusian linguists conducted an expedition to determine the border of the Belarusian ethnic group, as well as collect material about Belarusian dialects, observe everyday life and collect folklore material. The effects of his work are examined from the perspective of almost 120 years and avalible in his time materials.
