This work determined the organic matter origins in particulate air pollution at a rural background site based on atmospheric aerosol data with different time resolution (online and offline methods) and advanced receptor modelling. An intensive sampling campaign was conducted in July and August 2019 at the National Atmospheric Observatory Košetice (NAOK) in the Czech Republic. Advance receptor models (US EPA PMF 5.0, PMF-ME-2 – SoFi Pro) were applied on data sets of identical time resolution first. Second, the multi-time factor analysis model with modifications will analyse the complementary data set to refine the analysis results with respect to the organic aerosol (OA) factors as well as OA sources and their origin using software ZeFir. The PMF-ME-2 analysis resolved four OA factors measured by AMS. PMF applied to the PM1 chemical composition found seven factors. Further, more complex data analysis is needed to more fully assess the OA origin at NAOK.
