Our long-term goal is to propose and support an advanced formal (and hopefully also software) environment (framework) for Functional (Generative) Description (FGD) of Czech ([8, 13]), and for similar formal descriptions(see e.g. [6]). This framework should enable to describe the grammaticality and ungrammaticality of a language in a building-kit way. This paper creates one further step to achieve this goal.
