Paper presents a new principle of converting - without action of mechanical moving components - an electric input signal into gas flow output. In response to an electric input applied to a pair of electrodes located in a magnetic field is generated an electric arc. The charge carriers in it are pushed by Lorentz force into cavities of a fluidic amplifier. There is switches a neutral gas flow from one exit terminal to another. This electro/fluidic signal conversion without inertia of mechanical components is fast, the particles moving by two decimals orders of magnitude faster than in recently introduced ion wind transducers based also on ionisation. Paper lists various alternative transducer configurations using the new principle.
