Die Studie bringt neue Erkenntnisse über das Meisterwerk der böhmischen vorhussitischen Buchmalerei. Der Autor untersucht verschiedene Elemente der Bordüre Dekoration, befasst sich mit dem Thema entfernter Wappen und enthüllt die Beziehung der Bilder an den Rändern der Seite zum Text und den Anweisungen für den Illuminator.

The study brings new insights into the chef-d'oeuvre of the Bohemian pre-hussite book painting. The author examines various elements of border decoration, deals with the issue of the removed coats of arms and reveals the relationship of the representations in the margins to the text and instructions for the illuminator.
