    After isolation and cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells some of their receptors and properties, which are necessary to reach their destination, are lost. Various administration techniques are used to eliminate these factors for example pretreatment of these cells with cytokines, the use of different applications or a transplanting them directly to the site of the injury.
