This report was prepared by a subgroup of the ERAC Standing Working Group on Gender in Research and Innovation with Marcela Linková as the rapporteur. The report analyses the implementation of Council Conclusions of 1 December 2015 on Advancing Gender Equality in the European Research Area based on a questionnaire survey among MS and AC. Two clusters were used for the analysis, EU-13 and EU-15 and the EU Innovation Scoreboard classification. The report identifies major differences in implementation between the EU-13 and EU-15 and among the EU Innovation Scoreboard clusters.
