The article focuses on a contemporary important theme of struggling against injustice in world conflicts. It analyses several dangers of global conflicts, which are more serious ones than classic trade frictions and intelligence disputes. Specifically, it goes from repressions to an ultimate danger in a form of world war. It is formulated on the basis of an analysis of theories of recognition and their reformulation and development in order to analyse global recognition and justice. Thus, it goes beyond a traditional concept of recognition between states in international relations. The paper is written from the perspective of critical political, legal and moral philosophy which are in the basis of analyses of global studies. However, the author of the paper made more than just this article which is part of his broader project. Because the article addresses a global issue, it understands that global analyses have to be done in a non-repressive way by contributions from various macro-regions of the world with their particular cultural and civilizational perspectives. As for this paper specifically, it stems from a long-term cooperation between two perspectives. It allows enrichment of global discussions on global conflicts and their resolutions foremost from the European perspective in a dialogue with the Latin American one. Particularly, the paper is a contribution to the book From Social to Cyber Justice: Critical Views on Justice, Law, and Ethics which includes mainly the point of view of the Brazilian authors in a dialogue with the Central European ones (http://hdl.handle.net/11104/0290135). Nevertheless, the book includes also the Western European authors. The author of the paper and one of representatives of the Central European views, Marek Hrubec, is one of three editors of the book, together with two Latin American colleagues. It was published as a joint venture by publishing houses in Brazil and the Czech Republic. Therefore, the volume is an intercultural dialogue in philosophical and social-scientific practice. It is relevant because it is now more evident than ever before that it is impossible to formulate a critical concept of global conflicts and their inclusive resolutions without the participation of colleagues from various parts of the world. It follows the previous book (Justice and Recognition, 2015) conceived also as such an intercultural cooperation and edited by the same three editors and Giovanni Saavedra. The book contains critical analyses of injustice in connection to law and ethics, and develops normative alternatives linked to justice. It covers the highly relevant contemporary issues from social justice to cyber justice: i.e. social justice, moral justice, political justice, legal justice, etc. The chapters address issues and concepts which guideline on social innovations, transformations inherent in democratizing processes, global conflicts and other interactions, including the ultimate danger of escalation to war conflicts, be they conventional wars or new cyberwars. The volume includes chapters from renowned philosophers and social scientists. The book is an important contribution to global studies, social and political philosophy, and social science. Considering the article in this broader intercultural context of the book and the role of article’s author also as one of editors of the book allows an adequate understanding of the content and meaning of the paper as one of relevant attempts to contribute to a global dialogue on conflicts and justice.
