One day course Single-cell analysis consisted of the following topics:
- Overview of single-cell biology: methods, examples and trends
- Cell population versus single-cell approach
- Cell collection methods with discussion
- Automated cell picking CellCelector
- Gene expression profiling workflow RT, qPCR, (NGS), quality control
- Single-cell data analysis, including practical examples (Genex)
In this course participants learn the difference between cell population
and single-cell analysis and how to interpret and apply single-cell data in biological studies.
