Metodické centrum pro muzea v přírodě v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm se s několika odbornými partnery - pracovníky Centra Excelence Telč, Ústavu teoretické a aplikované mechaniky Akademie věd ČR a mistrem tesařem Davidem Stejskalem - zabývá možnostmi záchrany stodoly bývalé fojtské usedlosti čp. 3 ve Skaličce u Hranic na Moravě na severovýchodním okraji Hané. Uvedená stavba se jeví jako významná jak z hlediska svého stáří, tak ve vztahu k tradici roubeného stavitelství v nížinných částech Moravy. Jako vhodná lokalita umístění se jeví Soubor staveb lidové architektury v Příkazech u Olomouce - Hanácké skanzen. Vyústěním celé této aktivity by měl být úspěšný transfer - záchrana unikátní památky a rovněž vzorová oprava s minimalizací konstrukčních zásahů do původní materie, která poslouží jako ukázka možností, jak lze postupovat při záchraně cenné památky.

The methodological centre for open air museums of the Walachian Open air Museum in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, with several expert partners – the master carpenter David Stejskal and the staff of the Centre of Excellence Telč, Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic – are considering the options for rescuing a timbered barn of house no. 3 in Skalička near Hranice, Moravia, at the northeastern edge of the Haná region. The building seems to be significant both in terms of its age as well as the relation to the tradition of timbered construction in the lowland parts of Moravia. The appropriate location for the barn seems to be the Haná Open Air Museum (Hanácké skanzen) in Příkazy near Olomouc. The result of these activities should be a successful transfer – saving of a unique monument and also an exemplary repair minimizing the intervention in the original structure, which will serve as an example of possible procedure for saving a valuable monument showing the skills and dexterity of our ancestors.
