Křižácká bula Jana XXIII. se v roce 1412 stala předmětem diskusí mezi členy pražské univerzity i terčem protestů v ulicích. Zásadní role v propojování obou sfér připadla mistrům Janu Husovi a Jeronýmovi Pražskému. Tento příspěvek zkoumá, nakolik problematiku odpustků reflektovaly akademické quaestiones. Zvláštní pozornost věnuje disputaci Jana Husa o odpustcích ze 17. června 1412 a dvěma kvestiím z kvodlibetu Šimona z Tišnova z ledna 1416. U posledně jmenovaných kvestií poukazuje na shodu s argumenty používanými při protestech roku 1412. Závěrem formuluje hypotézu, podle níž by anonymní rukopisné texty o odpustcích mohly reflektovat tematické akcenty ne-univerzitní husitské kritiky odpustků, o níž nemáme jiné zprávy.

In 1412, the crusading bull of John XXIII became the subject of discussion among the members of Prague university and the target of protests in the streets of Prague. The fundamental role in the interconnection of both spheres fell to Jan Hus and Jerome of Prague. This chapter explores the issue of indulgences in the quaestiones coming from the milieu of Prague University. Special attention is devoted to the disputation by Jan Hus from 17 June 1412 and two quaestiones from the quodlibet by Šimon from Tišnov from January 1416. With these two quaestiones, it shows the agreement with the arguments used in the protests in 1412 and formulates the hypothesis, according to which the anonymous texts on indulgences could reflect the non-university Hussite criticism of indulgences on which we otherwise lack any report at all.
