We have presented another approach for labeling of oligosaccharides suitable for
capillary zone electrophoresis coupled with mass spectrometric detection.
Oligosaccharides labeled by peptides with hexahistidine sequence have faster
separation resulting in two or three times shorter time in comparison to oligosaccharides
with singly charged labels.
