    The work is aimed at obtaining compact aluminum phosphide, to measure its physical and mechanical properties. Aluminum phosphide is known for its extremely high toxicity based on its hydrolytic decomposition to phosphine, but also gaining importance in the context of the substituted nanoribbon in semiconductor technology. Information, especially about the physical and mechanical properties, are highly controversial. By Spark Plasma Sintering method (SPS) - also called Field Assisted Sintering Technique (FAST) - were prepared a highly compact and virtually non-porous materials that allow more accurately measure the particular physical characteristics of this compounds
