The study deals with the prophetical text written in 13th century under the pseudonym of Joachim of Fiore talking originally about rise and death of Přemysl Otakar II. The perspective of reading of this text changed in the first half of 15th century when prophecies, including this one, were redefined in new context of religious reform and Hussite polemics.
