Předneseno na:11th International Workshop on Electric Probes in Magnetized Plasmas (IWEP),Sozopol, BG, 16-19.09.2015, In the 1960s the Triple Langmuir Probe (TLP) technique was developed for instantaneous measurements of plasma density and electron temperature. It became a popular approach for evaluating these quantities in various types of plasma, from laboratory pulsed experiments to fusion plasmas. However, it has often been applied without a critical evaluation of the plasma environment in which it was used, even though the theory of the technique is based entirely on the assumption of an unmagnetized plasma in a thermodynamic equilibrium. While some effects, e.g. ion beams and energetic electrons, have already been studied, there has not been any work done on the effects of strong magnetic fields on the measurements with a TLP.At least for the magnetic confinement devices in fusion, this is a very important subject. We shall explain the influence of the magnetic field suppression
