The study focuses the position and the role of apocalyptic prophecies concerning the comming ot Antichrist and the inauguration of the milleniaristic age in the Hussite period. The biblical as well as non-biblical prophecies are given into consideration. The study analyses also the position of given texts in the polemics between Hussites and Catholics. The second part of the study concerns chiliastic prophecies and the factor of time in these concepts.
