The experiments were mainly focused on the optimization of PLE parameters (e.g. solvent, time, temperature, pressure). Moreover, the comparison of static and semi-dynamic process of the extraction was also performed. The comparison of PLE to conventional extraction technique (ultrasound-assisted extraction) was done.
