The workshop focused on development of dispositions, qualifications and skills needed for being a successful and efficient teacher. The workshop was based on discussions if and reflection on ideas and suggestions about work of pre-service teachers with attention paid to development of the ability to work with structure of word problems deliberately. The workshop started with concrete illustrative examples from work of teacher trainees. Most attention was paid to visualization of the structure of posed problems.
